Well, Heddmeister, the one I've been using is a Paige. Sort of a U- shaped arrangement with flat padded bar on top, latch on one side, pins on the other. There is a screw clamp on the bottom that holds fast. Very similar to the capo some banjo players use. Simple, efficient, and works. Not expensive either.
