Jeff, I have XP and a laptop with built in camera. In the past where I didn't, I used a Logitech which I now keep as a back-up on another PC. Google seems to work best for me, but we have used Skype on occassion. AIM has let me down before. Sometimes it depends on the angle of the moon and we can end up lookin' like the Thunderbirds!
