Hi, I was checking whether taverna-2 recognizes WSDL files of new Soaplab typed interface (beta). It looks like taverna-2 doesn't recognize extended complex types. For example, if I use the runAndWaitFor method in the following WSDL taverna-2 nicely handles outputs but doesn't recognize the inputs.
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/typed/services/display.showdb?wsdl The only difference between input and output types i can see, input types are extended from a base type.
