I'm running T2 workbench on Ubuntu. I've removed my ~/.m2 and
~/.taverna-2.0 folders to give me a clean system before trying to run T2
workbench. Sun JDK details as follows:

Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 11.0-b15, mixed mode)
List of problems

1. In the File->Preferences dialog in the current T2 download from
mygrid, the DataStorage element appears twice.
2. Also in the plugin manager, all-activities appears twice.
3. Finally on the console when it has finished starting up this
stacktrace appears in amongst the various info messages:
