Hello! I have a bunch of document/literal services I'd like to be able to use in Taverna. All they are proxy to our existent BioMoby services.
I was suggested to post my doubts here by one of Taverna hackers (http://lists.open-bio.org/pipermail/moby-dev/2009-March/005533.html) The problem is that I have a complex XML Schema (reflection of BioMoby ontology). Some services are "bare"... Just to start with, could someone say what is wrong with this service? http://inb.bsc.es/gn6/proxy/searchBLOCKS?wsdl It works ok using wsimport (jax-ws). But in taverna (1.7 & 2.0) I do not see any "input".
