Hi All, As you may be aware myExperiment has recently added a workflow components listing to the RDF that represents its Taverna 1 workflows. This information isn't particular expressive as it is only based on what can be pulled directly out of the scufl. Does the Taverna workbench itself contain any information about the components that can be used? If so, is it possible to extract this data so that I could look at it with a view to representing it in some way that could be used by the myExperiment ontology?
My understanding of how Taverna uses the scufl to produce a executable workflow is minimal, so if there is a webpage/paper that explains this in greater detail I would be interested in reading it.
