Hi, If you need a particular service, i.e. blast simplifier, you can still load the service by loading the entire workflow from myExperiment: http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/22/download?version=2 I'm not sure what the problem is, as Soaplab 1 seems to compile ok in Applications.xml.
I'm trying to fix it now, along with 1000 other things :( Also, this seems more like a users question, so i've copied it across to the taverna users list. Paul.
