I tried it with T2 platform and it does not work:

net.sf.taverna.t2.workflowmodel.serialization.DeserializationException:
No top level dataflow defined in the XML document
        at
net.sf.taverna.t2.workflowmodel.serialization.xml.XMLDeserializerImpl.deserializeDataflow(XMLDeserializerImpl.java:70)
        at
net.sf.taverna.t2.platform.taverna.impl.WorkflowParserImpl.createDataflow(WorkflowParserImpl.java:47)
        at
org.genesilico.t2workflows.WorkflowTranslator.makeTranslation(WorkflowTranslator.java:38)
        at
org.genesilico.t2workflows.WorkflowTranslationTest.main(WorkflowTranslationTest.java:7)

So how do you do that in the workbench?
