Hi all, as mentioned above and in the subject I'm working on a early prototype. Where should I start....
First a quick notice about me and my work: My name is Armin and I'm from Germany. Currently I'm working for the BCCS (The Bergen Center for Computational Science) in Norway. One part of their current eSysBio project is the development of an web based workflow editor. My part in this project is the development of the basic workflow editor in 5 months. The project: I decided to use Spring 2.5.5 and ICEfaces 1.8.0 to create the first prototype. The editor should be used in a very intuitive way -> drag and drop. I'm going to use DnD to put webservices on the workbench and to map in/outputs. My current problem is the visualization of the mapping. Does anyone know a way to visualize drawings, any nice libs for svg? Don't know if we are going to use the taverna code base. This has to be discussed within the group, but I don't see any reasons against the usage. I'm open-minded about any ideas for this project. Share your thoughts!
