Hi When I look at the XML output file generated by T2 workbench, I see that these are org.embl.ebi.escience/baclava/0.1alpha things.
In T2 platform beta manual there is info on how to get workflow results by using ReerenceService.renderIdentifier function. But is there any way to get the data to XML in T2 Platform? And another questions: - Can I use org.embl.ebi.escience.baclava.DataThing from T1 to read T2 output files? - If so, how can use DataThings as T2 workflows input (register them etc.) - Does anyone have a code example for that?
