I've just tried it in the 20090521 snapshot and the configuration panel opens OK. The NCB136 service, however, when the workflow runs throws a strange error (I used input ENSG00000139618) : java.lang.RuntimeException: DatasetConfig objects must be provided a DSConfigAdaptor to facilitate lazyLoading It throws the same error in Taverna 1.7.1. David Withers says the workflow is using version 38 of the data when the latest is 54, so it is perhaps not surprising that it no longer works.
