Hi all
My name is Monika, and I am a Google Summer of Code student, writing a
caGrid plugin for Taverna.
My Swing Java application is now complete, and I have to turn it into
Taverna plug-in.
Could you advise me what to start with? Do I have to download some sources
from svn? Which ones?
How to write plugins for Taverna?
My plugin will probably also need to create and manage new activity type in
workflows - could you give me some advice on how to add new activity type?
