Monika Sorry the link i sent did not have the plugins.xml there. I am away from my work laptop and as soon as I get hold of it will send you my plugins.xml.
In order to specify your own maven dependencies in the plugin you need to provide your own maven repo path in the description of your own plugin in plugins.xml looks something like <repo>file:///home/urusrname/.m2/urpluginartifacts</repo> I put all my jar dependencies in lib folder of Taverna. But if you do not wish to do that you may put a symlink of each jar in the lib folder of taverna it should work (i havent tried that though). Freezing of T2 splash screen happens when there is something wrong with the plugins.xml syntax or some missing dependency there.
