You get this when you just try to open the workflow? I'm checking because I would not expect the provenance to be doing anything until you run a workflow. Were you running another workflow as well as opening the workflow from http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/246 ? If Taverna is unable to load the wsdl then I would expect to it generate a dialog and such errors. (The feedback for non-loading files needs to be improved.) I can load the workflow (in both Taverna 1.7.2 and 2.1b2) but it does not appear to run meaningfully.
