Hi, I have deployed Taverna Server 0.2.1 in Tomcat 6 and have problems running workflows. I am trying to use the REST interface as shown in the test examples in
http://taverna.googlecode.com/svn/taverna/products/net.sf.taverna.t2.taverna-server/trunk/src/test/ e.g., in the file WorkflowIntegrationTest.java. The workflows are uploaded onto the server and I can see them in the server web interface, as well as the corresponding jobs. However, the jobs remain RUNNING all the time and never terminate. I already tried workflows from the repository and some own workflows. In the examples from the repository, the user name and password (credentials) are "default" and "frgsi;y". Do I maybe have to change that? I cannot find the place where to set them in the server. Also, I get a lot of error messages in my syslog concerning JDBC and Hibernate, for example, jsvc.exec[7587]: ERROR - JDBCExceptionReporter.logExceptions(78) | Table/View 'HIBERNATE_UNIQUE_KEY' does not exist.
