Dear taverna-hackers,
I am a student and work in a project around bioinformatics and how can
use taverna without GUI, beyond the command line tool.
However, there is a confusion with my partners related to taverna
server so I would like a clarification on the following:
Could taverna server be used to run a workflow remotely without using a GUI?
Could I use the taverna server by using a client (such as a
php-client) to run a workflow remotely like a common RESTful web
service?
If this capability is provided, could you suggest any source for
further documentation?
