Hi,

I am trying to add something in my code to add a description to a port.

Thanks

Hello,

Yes. Are you doing it programmatically or via the workbench? In the
workbench when you have selected the input port, you can go to the
Details tab in the lower left and then click Annotations. You can
give a description of the port and, if it is a workflow input port,
an example value that will be used when someone runs the
workflow.

Adding the description to a service port is only available in Taverna
2.2+ .

Let me know if you are doing it programmatically. I can send some
example code for that.
