I understand that people always want to work with latest and greatest and streaming is extremely important to handle a big data. I have a service where people send a 1gb XML with FASTAs... Which version of Taverna all these things expected to be implemented? What is a timeline for Taverna 3? Is there any repository for it? I would like to make a SAWSDL-based plugin for semantical search. From previous projects I have an experience with WSDL4j + XSOM/XML Schema, but WSDL4j is getting old and have no support for WSDL 2.0. If Taverna already had some (beta) code, It would be possible to reuse it. As I can see there are several libraries involved and everything is based on "wsdl-generic" which parses WSDLs + Schema into some internal format (TypeDescriptor for Schema artefacts). The latter is used by other activities...
