Hello Andreas, Can you send the two pom files that seem to be the problem?
/Users/kalai/Library/Application Support/taverna-2.3.0/repository/org/openscience/cdk/applications/taverna/cdk-taverna-2-activity/2.0.5.4/cdk-taverna-2-activity-2.0.5.4.pom /Users/kalai/Library/Application Support/taverna-2.3.0/repository/org/openscience/cdk/applications/taverna/cdk-taverna-2-activity-ui/2.0.5.4/cdk-taverna-2-activity-ui-2.0.5.4.pom It is worth looking at the actual characters of what is in the files, for example by doing od <blah/pom.xml> in Unix. Check that what looks like a space is actually a space.
