Hi Tom,

I agree, although you could be presented a little selection menu with the operations when you drop it onto the workflow panel.
Perhaps making both possible is an option?

You'd have to import it to the palette, you couldn't import to the 
workflow itself as a single web service contains multiple operations (in 
general). That should be entirely possible though.
