Hello Taverna users, I just downloaded T2, and I'm trying to use Rshell, but it doesn't work.
My configuration : R.2.7 with Rserv 0.6 When i run my workflow (very simple) I get the following message : Handshake failed: The server uses more recent protocol than this client. [request status: no error] org.rosuda.JRclient.Rconnection.<init>(Rconnection.java:95) net.sf.taverna.t2.activities.rshell.RshellConnection.<init>(RshellConnection.java:50) net.sf.taverna.t2.activities.rshell.RshellConnectionManager.createConnection(RshellConnectionManager.java:92) net.sf.taverna.t2.activities.rshell.RshellActivity$1.run(RshellActivity.java:97) java.lang.Thread.run(unknown file) I have read Topics about Rshell to try to find a solution (eg : http://markmail.org/message/eey43mgm55phxrda) So, According to previous messages I tried with earlier version of R and Rserve : R.2.4 with Rserv 0.5.1. But it still doesn't work... Could you please help me to fixe this problem , because I m a new user of taverna and this functionnality seem very interesting... Thank you ! Best Regards, Germain
