I think there are two different issues here. 1) Setting the default processor port display mode for when you start up Taverna and load a workflow or create a new workflow 2) Remembering the processor port display mode for specific workflows. I'll add them into Jira. For (1), there would need to be a section in the preferences, perhaps under workbench where currently you can specify the dot location.
