Hello all,
I deployed the taverna remote execution war file on a tomcat server, and
installed the remote execution plugin in Taverna. When I try to run a workflow
remotely this fails.
In my catelina out log I find: Starting /opt/jdk1.5.0_12/jre/bin/java -Xmx500m
-classpath ":/opt/apache-tomcat...e/lib/ext/dnsns.jar"
-Dtaverna.home=/tmp/tavernaHome -Djava.awt.headless=true

And in the taverna.log file I find a couple of HTTP errors like :
java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 502 for URL:
http://mobycentral.icapture.ubc.ca/maven/biomoby/org/jmoby/1/jmoby-1.pom
I presume the remote execution failes because of the Taverna remote server not
being able to connect to the internet. How do I set the proxy for the remote
execution server? In other cases I would do this when starting the application
or within the application itself but this is handled by Taverna remote
execution.
