Hello Stuart, Thank you for the answer. I am running Taverna 1.7.1 and Taverna Remote Execution 0.4.5. I am using 1.71 because I couldn't load soaplab2 web services Taverna 2.0. My work depends on Soaplab 2 webservices so for the moment I think I am stuck using version 1.7.1. Will the Soaplab 2 plugin for Taverna 2 become available anytime soon?

You can do this by setting an <env-entry> block in either the web.xml or context.xml.
