Hi every body,
Well i'm new to taverna, I saw already as much as possible documentation and
would like to know if we can use Taverna embedded or integrated to another
application. Within a huge application i'm developping a part of sequence
processing needs a workflow engine that extract primary protein sequence
features, it should not be difficult to right or to establish, but what is
interesting for me to know os how to link a taverna workflow to my
application.
If anyone already did this I would be very interested to read.
