Hi every body, We created a web application that allow different workflow systems (Taverna, Kepler, Triana and elc) can interoperate with each other and this application will be available online soon.
Simply the result from one workflow system can be sent to other workflow systems to do more processing with the result. We implemented the FetchDragonImagesFromBiomoby.xml as an example and the output images from Taverna workflow is sent to Kepler and Triana workflow systems to do more image processing. We need to apply different examples to test our application, I know there are a bunch of workflow examples in MyExperiment but we are not expert on the other science field (Biology, Chemistry ,... etc), so we don't understand the input and the output result of these examples. If anyone can help us to give some workflow examples (from MyExperiment or others) and guideline on what other possible processes can be done with result. Any idea will be appreciate it.
