Yes, great that fixed it.
By the way, the edit.seqret at
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/soaplab/emboss4/services has both osformat and
osformat_outseq (according to Taverna), whereas the document at
http://soaplab.sourceforge.net/soaplab2/Compatibility.html#diff implies
osformat was replaced by osformat_outseq.
