I'm trying to repair an example taverna workflow :
http://www.myexperiment.org/workflows/165 , called Retrieve sequence in
EMBL format.
I need to repair this because the soaplab services have moved from
soaplab/emboss4/service to soaplab/services . However when I try and
reconstruct this using the new location, the input port osformat , for
edit:seqret, is missing, so I cannot set it to "embl" to produce the
embl format. Without this parameter I just get a textual result rather
than SeqVista.
