Hi Achille, I have checked soaplab fproml jobs/directories, we had 3 recent fproml jobs that didn't return successfully, i believe all were belong to you. Input sequences for two of the jobs were relatively large, fproml terminated unexpectedly in both cases approximately after 3 hours producing some meaningful results. I will check with Peter whether fproml should be able to handle large sequences with that size. Input sequence of the remaining job however looked like an artificial sequence that i'm not sure fproml is meant to handle it, i will check it as well.
