I am trying to use emboss services such as emma in taverna to make workflows. I am using the operation 'run'. Does this then need to be connected to another operation in order to get the multiple alignment results? The inputs required for many others seems to be 'jobID', but instead of this the output of run is 'runresponse'.
Can anyone help me?
