Hello, myExperiment shows some nice workflows for a private dutch server, but is there a public server anywhere that allows SSAHA or BLAST runs agains rodent genomes? The EBI's web services allow similarity searches only against their EMBL database, but not against Ensembl, from how I read their database list.
