Hi guys! When I start taverna 2.1 in my debug window I got a long list of warns (you can see in the attached text file). I have already patched the workbench(2.1.1) do you have any idea ? thank you cheers
P.S. some days ago during a new installation of Rshell 1.2 on a taverna 1.7.1 system, I noticed a problem : WARN 2010-02-15 14:14:47,467 Could not fetch plugins http://janus.cs.utwente.nl
:8000/twiki/pub/BioRange/BioRangeSoftware/pluginlist.xml java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connectit's impossible to reach the biorange plugin page and so unable to install Rshell! could I do it manually? modifing the plugin list file and adding the new Rshell jar file from another computer in the repossitory folder? or something else?
