It is just telling you (if you care) that a workflow was written with Taverna 2.1 which used WSDL Activity version 1.0, and you are reading it in 2.1.1 which is using WSDL Activity version 1.0.1 The Moby errors do matter. There is something wrong with the Moby servers. I have contacted the person who deals with them and he is looking into what has gone wrong.
