Hello, Jit has just checked and there are 8770 soap operations within the BioCatalogue. That though includes soap operations corresponding to 397 SoapLab services. Each SoapLab service is 5 soap operations so by my calculations that is 6785 WSDL operations that Taverna could have as services. If you add in the SoapLab services that are available as SoapLab 1 then you'll get over 7000 Taverna "services" from the BioCatalogue. You also need to consider how to count BioMart query services. There are about 430 different databases to query; you also need to multiply that by the different filters and extracted attributes. So 3000 seems an underestimate. There are at least 7000, and probably a lot more. > Thanks a lot in advance! > > Wei Alan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ taverna-users mailing list [email protected] [email protected] Web site: http://www.taverna.org.uk Mailing lists: http://www.taverna.org.uk/about/contact-us/
