Of course not! That would just be... silly :-)

I believe Alan's calculations takes Soaplab into account (ie: treating
one soaplab based Web Service in the BioCatalogue as one
service/operation that can be used in Taverna (but, like you and Stuart
say, it's much more complex than that since many of these, and others,
are polymorphic and can do multiple things).
