I just have received help from Hamish (McWilliam) in making Soaplab typed interface responses wrapped as well. We are planning to make a new Soaplab release in July, while Martin (Senger) visiting our group, and aim to have the Soaplab typed interface fully complaint with Taverna. The new release will also support ontologies, for example we will annotate EMBOSS web services using the EDAM ontology Jon (Ison) has developed.
