The "internal server error" is being generated by a problem with the remote service i.e. the RDP classifier service. It is an HTTP error, see http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html . The normal solution is to ask the service provider to look at their logs to see what happened. Their web services are in development so it is worth contacting them.
