Hi all, I am trying to integrate RDP classifier in my workflow. I use RDP classifier with options which requires inputting "threshold" and "file contents". When I set threshold 80% and select aligned sequences from local directory, Taverna throws internal server error. I'm attaching simple workflow for more details.
