Hi,
I guess I really should just use the Taverna that works OK (on the XP), 
but my scientific curiosity is getting the better of me.So....
My Java seems OK on all machine
No proxy config needed on the network
XP, Vista and Win7 "home" repository folders are identical
However; running Taverna debug gives the following:
On the working (XP) system: no messages.
On both the Vista and XP machines the following messages:
