You get a sub-tree for each WSDL and then one line within that sub-tree 
for each operation described in the WSDL.  Is it possible to get Opal to 
include descriptions of several tools within a single WSDL?

If not, then you could either post-process the several WSDLs to combine 
into one WSDL, or switch to using something like Soaplab.
