right now I can't because it's a local service during development but
as soon as I put it on-line I will send the link over (hopefully
that's gonna be today).

Oh, indeed services can do that, and all of the Web service operation
ports in Taverna have this 'attachmentList' output. I wasn't really
aware of that. (I guess mainly because it isn't an issue right now for
the binary data to be sent directly in the SOAP body.)

So question on the side would be: can you input attachments for the
Web service port in Taverna?
