distribution pack of version 1.36 had russian Tip of the day and it
was posted 8.10.1999. Max repaired it at 10.10.1999 and new pack has
the_bat.tip in English, bat_rus.tip in Russian, bat_czh.tip in Czech
and bat_ger.hlp in German language :-))))
