This is *definitely* the problem with tear-lines.

Which is a fair enough point.

Not at the level of a few lines of signature, for sure, but at other
levels - like sending GIFs and JPGs and (spit, spit) HTML mail <g>.
Don't forget that bandwidth is *always* an issue where calls are
charged per-minute - which is almost everywhere but the US.

No bug - no problem. The bug is probably in PGP ISFA it is disrupting
the tear-line.
