THAWTE is the best and the cheapest (free).  When you try and get a
certificate, initially, just accept all the default values and do not change
anything.  Also make sure that your security is at MEDIUM or the keys may
not download.

I have much problems with thawte, starting from active-x controls that
produces fatal errors (in a non-deterministic way) up to pages that
cannot be displayed (server not found) and an empty input field

"Please choose the CSP you wish to use from the list below".

Any hints, or any other sites to get a certification?
