Hi Ming-Li,

On 31 July 2000 at 04:11:00 GMT -0700 (which was 12:11 where I
live) [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote and made these points on the subject
of "Can't send mail !!!":

ML> Judging from the error message, the error was given by your server.

.. or your Reply-To address. Your server is vetoing your outgoing mail
because of something like anti-relaying logic and the way you have
specified your "from" or "reply to" address in your account properties
is somehow having this effect.

Furthermore, looking at the headers of your message your server
actually uses this domain:

Received: from fdc.br.fdc.br by dutaint.com

Why should the domain name be repeated twice like this? While not
invalid it certainly looks mighty strange and may be related (and may
not be).

OTOH, The Bat does do one thing it shouldn't - it transmits a
Return-Path header. This hasn't caused errors with any server so far.
It isn't easy to see, from the headers in your messages, what server
software you are using in order for anyone to test your exact
circumstances.
