of "S/MIME Import key bug?":

I  don't  think  it  does work any differently. Generally you need the
recipient's key to *encrypt* an outgoing message to *them*. You should
only  be  decrypting messages sent to you using *your* key. S/MIME and
PGP are the same in this respect AFAICS. At no point would you ever be
able  to  decrypt a message that is encrypted to someone else's public
key  (unless they have been silly enough to give you their private key
and password/phrase).

No,  my  key  was  sent  within  the certificate when I signed earlier
messages.  But  that  was  the  key  I  send out for people to encrypt
messages to me with. Same as PGP.
