Yes and no. I filter to different folders based on the subject of the list, but many lists usually go into each folder. I'm just pointing out that as an inevitable consequence, I end up having to do more work than I'd like to recover from forgetting to set the To: line *before* touching the message body. > I can't reproduce. TB won't let me send a message with no To: or > BCC: field filled in. I wasn't clear, sorry: I meant "forget to change the To: header from TB's default to what I think it should be". Since I usually to Reply To All, then cut'n'paste the resulting addresses to the right place, this is usually the original author, not the list. The act of fiddling the To: header then activates the auto template, assuming I haven't actually edited the message body yet. (Normal Reply isn't flexible enough for me - I don't want to be at the mercy of listserv's Reply-To: munging, and for some lists I'm on replies to both list and author are more appropriate.
