Hi Januk,
On 14 October 2000 at 20:48:58 GMT -0700 (which was 04:48 where I
live) Januk Aggarwal wrote and made these points on the subject
of "suggestion and bug":
JA>>> let me know and I'll produce a screen capture.

Interesting. Thanks for doing that Januk.
JA>>> ... a temporary address book with the various recipients and
JA>>> senders as entries...

JA> Ok, I'll grant you that one. :) I was just offering yet another

The "overkill" comment was about the amount of coding I could imagine
being required to achieve a temporary address book. Temporary folders
we have, sure, but ABs are LDAP and disk based only. I wouldn't like
to dig around in that code at this stage and add virtualisation logic.

A good example. IMHO they went so far beyond what was being asked for
when they provided this facility. Love it!
JA> ... Just take a look at the length of the version 1.42 update list

At the time 1.42 was released it was speculated on the list that 1.42
was a significant number to RITlabs and that it represented the last
in the v1 series. Of course, we've seen a lot of additions since then
but, when you stop and think about it, that's about the point at which
the v2 technology started appearing.
JA> I'm happy that I'm not the one doing the coding. :)
<g> I have enough of my own to do!

If man evolved from monkeys and apes,
why do we still have monkeys and apes?
