Go to your Account, and right click on any column heading. You will be
presented with a dialogue box where you can arrange the columns in any order
you want, any size you want, as well as add and delete them. Any Folder
where you have "Use the account default column settings" checked under
Folder Properties, will use the column settings that you set up. If you want
different settings for specific folders, then uncheck the feature in those
particular Folders, and set them up as you wish via the same method.
