I would qualify this as nonsense, as my mother, who is in no way a
computer geek, nor even a computer-loving person, uses TB with ease.
Of course, only the basic functions, no elaborate filtering etc.

This is indeed a major problem, also that the help gile is not
complete. Just think of the macro list. A help file needs to be
updated everytime a new version is released. It is part of the
deliverables, i.e. what you have to deliver to your customer who pay
for the product.

"No time" is no excuse. When the updated help is not ready, don't
release the new version yet.
